i hope you love your nodi piece. if something isn't quite right, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

items must be unworn and in their original condition. return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping costs are nonrefundable.

custom orders and final sale items are not eligible for returns.

to start a return, please get in touch before sending anything back.

repairs

each nodi necklace is made by hand and intended to be worn and enjoyed.

if your necklace breaks or has a craftsmanship issue within 30 days of delivery, i'll repair it at no charge.

for repairs after 30 days, reach out with a photo and a few details. i'll do my best to help, depending on the materials and nature of the repair. additional costs may apply.
